You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds. tati99 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfers through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. The maximum deposit amount varies by payment method and VIP tier. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being refunded minus any transaction fees, and potential account suspension. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and fraud.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. The maximum daily withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000,000 for standard members and unlimited for Platinum VIP members. First-time withdrawals may require additional KYC verification and can take up to 24 hours.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for deposits whenever possible. This policy helps prevent money laundering. If the deposit method is no longer available, alternative withdrawal arrangements can be made through customer support.
tati99 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or payment provider may charge receiving fees, which are beyond our control. We process withdrawals 24/7 including weekends and Indonesian public holidays.
Funds in your Account may consist of deposited funds (cash balance) and bonus funds. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met. When you place a bet, your cash balance is used first, followed by bonus funds. Detailed bonus terms are outlined in Section 6 below.

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount on eligible games.

Detected bonus abuse will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.
All bets are final once accepted by the system. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections before confirming. tati99 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious error (such as incorrect odds due to technical malfunction), suspected fraud, or when the integrity of an event has been compromised.
Settlement of bets is conducted according to official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body or event organizer. In the event of an abandoned or postponed match, specific settlement rules apply as detailed in the sportsbook rules section of our website.

We shall not be liable for any losses resulting from: technical failures, internet connection issues, power outages, force majeure events, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a dispute, our internal transaction logs shall be the final authority in determining the outcome of any bet or game.

Upon account suspension, your access to the Services will be revoked, and any pending bets will be settled according to the outcome of the underlying event. Funds in suspended accounts may be held pending investigation. If the suspension is determined to be the result of your violation of these Terms, all funds may be forfeited.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened within the exclusion period.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative fee of Rp 50,000 per month. We will notify you via email before applying dormant account fees. To prevent your Account from becoming dormant, simply log in at least once every 12 months.
